Fantastic.

Today is one of those days where, despite my hangover and usual exhaustion, I absolutely love my job. Not that I normally dislike what I do, but the past day has positively brimming with inanity. While I really don't revel in the misfortunes of others, I do enjoy having a steady stream of "news" to help me do my "job." In the past 24 hours:

-Britney pooped out her kid
-Kate Moss was caught with coke
-UK readers sent Gawker scans of Kate Moss caught with coke
-Durbin name-checked Paris Hilton during the confirmation hearings
-Diddy taught Martha Stewart how to rap
-Us Weekly's Timothy McDarragh was arrested for soliciting sex with a minor via Craigslist
-Renee Zelly and Kenny Chesney decide to annul their marriage
-Heather Mills McCartney sustained damage to her prosthetic leg while storming J.Lo's offices
-George W. Bush passed notes about needing a potty break

I had no idea one could feel fulfilled from this sort of shit. Happy day.
